The waves are splashing, the rain is pouring, the music is blasting and this flamingo doesn't have a care in the world. Dancing the day away is all that's on her mind. The slight pops of pink were inspired by the flamingo frolicking in an array of clouds and rain.
This piece is the thickest I've made to date. It's about 6" inches thick in the middle section. I wanted it to be very thick and fluffy. Because of this it's such a fun addition to the wall as it feels like it's growing out of it. The crocheted details and the ombré velvet swirls are my favorite parts about this piece.
